These terms govern your use of the Mentisvertex website, the reading collection, and participation in our programs. They are written to be read; please read them.

Acceptance

Mentisvertex (“the library”, “we”) is operated from 2F, 14 Dongmak-ro 9-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul 04068, South Korea, reachable at [email protected]. By using this site or joining a program, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the programs.

Using the collection

Articles, guides, glossary cards, and deep dives are provided for personal study. You may read, print, and annotate them for yourself. You may not republish them, sell them, feed them into commercial training datasets, or present them as your own work. Quotations with clear attribution to Mentisvertex are welcome within reasonable academic and journalistic practice.

Each piece carries the date it was last re-read. Protocols change; a piece that was accurate at its re-read date may drift afterward. The date is part of the piece — please respect it when you rely on the writing.

Programs & briefings

Reading paths are confirmed only after an intake letter is accepted and the fee is paid. Cohort seats are personal and not transferable without our agreement. Commissioned briefings are governed by the written scope agreed before work begins; that scope controls where these general terms are silent. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out on the cancellation page.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site or in any program is investment, legal, or tax advice. We teach reading and research about a blockchain ecosystem. Decisions about tokens, trading, or corporate integration remain entirely yours, and we encourage you to take independent professional advice before making them.

Liability

We take care that the collection is accurate at its re-read dates, but we provide the site and the collection “as is”. To the extent permitted by Korean law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the writing, from interruptions of the site, or from third-party material we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall to the courts of Seoul, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you another forum. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
