Cancellation & Refunds

Programs involve real seats and real curator hours, so the rules differ by what you booked. The short version: cancel early and you lose nothing.

Reading paths

You may cancel a Guided Reading Path seat for a full refund at any time before the first table call. After week one begins, you may still withdraw before the second table call and receive the full fee back — if the path is wrong for you, we would rather return the money than keep a reluctant reader. From the second table call onward, the fee is earned and no refund is due, though we will pause a seat once for a reader facing illness or a family emergency and hold it for the next cohort.

Commissioned briefings

A briefing can be cancelled without charge before the written scope is signed. After signing, a cancellation returns the fee minus the curator hours already worked, itemized in writing. If we fail to deliver within the agreed window for reasons on our side, you may cancel and owe nothing for undelivered work, regardless of hours spent.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the same method you paid, within seven business days of your cancellation being confirmed. To cancel, write to [email protected] from the address you enrolled with, or call +82 2-6105-4827 on weekdays. A cancellation is effective from the day your message reaches us, not the day we reply.

If we disagree

Nothing on this page limits rights you hold under Korean consumer-protection law, including the cooling-off rights that apply to distance contracts. If a disagreement about a refund cannot be settled between us, you may bring it to the Korea Consumer Agency's dispute-settlement process, and we will cooperate with it fully.
