The glossary desk
The lightest way in. Send the desk a term, a paragraph, or a confusing passage from anywhere in the ecosystem, and a curator replies with a plain-language reading within two working days. Free for individual readers; teams on briefing retainers use it without limits. Reader requests set the order in which new glossary cards are drafted.
Choosing between them
If you're learning for yourself and can give it a month, take the path. If a business decision is waiting on an answer, commission the briefing. If one stubborn term is blocking an afternoon, write to the glossary desk and keep your money. When in doubt, write to the desk — telling readers which door not to walk through is half the job.
